The short answer is:  I have over 30 plus years of full time real estate experience and have been through markets that run the gamut from very good to not so good and back again! 

I could provide you with a list of a minimum of 20 basic things that every realtor can and will tell you that they will do for you. 
Providing you with comps, advertising your property via the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), promoting your listing at sales meetings, providing custom  flyers and brochures, showcasing your property on the web, utilizing a virtual photo tour, holding brokers open and public open houses and strategically placing a For Sale sign on your property are just the beginning of that list. 

These are all basic services that can be provided with very different levels of service and expertise.  I would like to think that I provide a level of service that is second to none.  Information is great, but unless you have the ability and honesty to interpret the data, you could easily get off on the wrong foot.  This is not the type of market that you want to leave to chance.  Presentation, condition, pricing, marketing, staging and positioning are all extremely important.  The ability to negotiate your contract through the successful closing of escrow is extremely important as well.  An agent who knows how to maximize these areas for your benefit is invaluable.  95% of my business is done by referral, which speaks for itself.  Integrity counts, honesty counts, perseverance counts, and most important, 30 plus years of experience counts.
 
It's 2012 and there have been a  number of "Off Market" sales occur during the first 6 months of the year. Access to the MLS is not always enough to assure success in attracting the right buyer to your house.  Available inventory is down and the number of pending sales is up.  There's no time to waste....lets ge started!
